The present invention relates to a film for compensating a viewing angle, a polarizing plate including the same, and a display device including the same. The film for compensating a viewing angle comprises: a pattern layer; and a low-refraction layer, wherein a difference in refractive index between the pattern layer and the low-refraction layer is 0.02 to 0.4. The pattern layer includes a first surface including a flat surface, and a second surface facing the first surface and including a plurality of protruding portions, wherein each of the protruding portions includes a first inclined surface and a second inclined surface.
