Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an adsorbent for treating H_2S materials, odor materials generated from various industrial facilities and, more specifically, to a carbonated sludge adsorbent having different carbonization conditions such as carbonization temperature and heating rate based on the sludge generated in the sewage treatment plant, an adhesion carbonated sludge adsorbent making metal ion particles adhere and a manufacturing method thereof. The carbonated sludge adsorbent, which can replace the existing commercial adsorbent, activated carbon, can control carbonization conditions such as carbonization temperature (550-900 °C) and heating rate (5, 10, 20 °C/min) to maximize the adsorption performance. An alkali metal ion material (K) is supported to improve adsorption performance.
본 발명은 각종 산업 시설에서 발생하는 악취물질인 HS 물질을 처리하기 위한 흡착제의 제조방법으로, 보다 구체적으로는 하폐수처리장에서 발생하는 슬러지를 기반으로 하여 탄화온도 및 승온속도와 같은 탄화조건을 달리한 탄화슬러지 흡착제, 금속이온 입자를 첨착시킨 첨착 탄화슬러지계 흡착제 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 기존 상용 흡착제인 활성탄을 대체할 수 있는 탄화슬러지 흡착제는 흡착성능의 극대화를 위해 탄화온도(550 - 900 ℃) 및 승온속도(5, 10, 20 ℃/min)와 같은 탄화조건을 조절할 수 있으며, 흡착성능 증진을 위해 알카리 금속이온물질(K)을 담지하는 하수슬러지 기반 흡착소재의 제조방법을 제공한다. |
