Summary:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sensor strip for detecting high-sensitive glucose, and provides a method for manufacturing a sensor strip for measuring glucose comprising: a polymer nanofiber manufacturing step of manufacturing polymer nanofibers using electrospinning; a multichannel carbon nanofiber manufacturing step of manufacturing multichannel carbon nanofibers by stabilizing and carbonizing the manufactured polymer nanofibers; a conductive paste manufacturing step of manufacturing a conductive paste containing the multichannel carbon nanofibers by mixing the multichannel carbon nanofibers with a binder manufactured by dissolving cellulose-based fibers in an organic solvent; a sensor strip pattern manufacturing step of forming a sensor strip pattern by printing the conductive paste on a substrate; and an enzyme attaching step of attaching a glucose oxidase enzyme to a working electrode of the sensor strip pattern. The present invention can be efficiently obtained in terms of cost because it is simply manufactured by the screen printing method. 본 발명은 고감도 포도당 검출용 센서 스트립의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 전기방사를 이용하여 고분자 나노섬유를 제조하는 고분자 나노섬유 제조단계; 제조된 고분자 나노섬유를 안정화 및 탄화시켜 다중채널 탄소나노섬유를 제조하는 다중채널 탄소나노섬유 제조단계; 상기 다중채널 탄소나노섬유를 셀룰로오스 계통의 섬유를 유기용매에 용해시켜 제조된 바인더와 혼합하여 다중채널 탄소나노섬유가 포함된 전도성 페이스트를 제조하는 전도성 페이스트 제조단계; 상기 전도성 페이스트를 기판 위에 인쇄하여 센서 스트립 패턴을 형성하는 센서 스트립 패턴 제조단계; 및 상기 센서 스트립 패턴의 작동 전극에 글루코오스 옥시데이즈 효소를 부착시키는 효소 부착단계를 포함하는 포도당 측정용 센서 스트립의 제조방법을 제공한다.
