Summary:The present invention relates to a network function virtualization (NFV) management system generating an optical transmission network. According to the present invention, the NFV management system is configured to create a virtual network element (VNE) from a commercial-off-the-shelf hardware (COTS) and configure an external link when requested to configure the optical transmission network, create a virtual machine to operate a software defined network (SDN) controller by receiving allocation of hardware resources for computing and storage media from a network function virtualization infrastructure (NFVI), mount the SDN controller as a virtual network function (VNF) on the created virtual machine and configure according to the request, and configure a control network for transferring control messages between the SDN controller and the VNF. 본 발명은 광전송 네트워크를 생성하는 NFV 관리 시스템에 관한 것으로, NFV 관리 시스템은 광전송 네트워크 구성을 요청 받으면, 상용제품(COTS) 장비로부터 가상전송장비(VNE)를 생성하고 외부 링크를 구성하고, 네트워크 기능 가상 조직(NFVI)으로부터 컴퓨팅 및 저장매체에 대한 하드웨어 자원을 할당받아 소프트웨어 정의 네트워크(SDN) 컨트롤러를 동작시키기 위한 가상머신을 생성하고, 생성된 상기 가상머신 위에 상기 SDN 컨트롤러를 가상 네트워크 기능(VNF)으로 탑재하고 상기 요청에 따라 구성하고, 상기 SDN 컨트롤러와 상기 VNE 간에 제어 메시지 전달을 위한 제어 네트워크를 구성한다.
