Summary:The present invention relates to an iron plate bending column structure and a manufacturing method of an iron plate bending column structure, which are easy for manufacture by being wound so as to be spirally extended in an iron plate bending column main body, become an inexpensive cost since the pillar main body in which the thin iron plate is bent is used as a spiral reinforcing bar core attached with a reinforcing bar in a plurality of length directions is inserted thereinto and concrete is placed, become an inexpensive manufacturing cost since manufacture of the reinforcing bar core is also easy by forming a deformed reinforcing bar wound on a roll so as to be extended into the length of the iron plate bending column main body, attaching the linear reinforcing bar cut into lengths of a plurality of column main bodies onto the outside, and welding-fixing the spiral reinforcing bar core to the inside of the iron plate bending column main body, are possible to shorten a construction period because of being possible to install the reinforcing bar core by transporting manufacture thereof into a field, and have enough strength even by buckling force by the spiral reinforcing bar core installed therein. 본 발명은 철판절곡 기둥구조체 및 철판절곡 기둥구조체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 철판절곡 기둥본체의 내부에 나선형으로 연장되게 권취되어 제조가 용이하면서 내측에 다수의 길이방향으로 철근이 부착된 나선형 철근보강 심재가 삽입되고 콘크리트가 타설되어 철판이 두껍지 않은 철판이 절곡된 기둥본체가 사용되어 비용이 저렴하게 되면서도 나선형 철근보강 심재도 롤상으로 권취된 이형철근을 나선형으로 철판절곡 기둥본체의 길이로 연장되게 형성시키고 외측에 다수의 기둥본체의 길이로 절단된 직선상의 철근을 부착시키고 나선형 철근보강 심재를 철판절곡 기둥본체의 내측에 용접고정시켜 철근보강 심재의 제조도 용이하게 되어 제조가가 저렴하게 되고 이러한 철근보강 심재의 제조를 현장으로 운반하여 설치할 수가 있게 되어 시공기간도 단축되는 것이 가능하고 내부에 설치된 나선형 철근보강 심재로 인하여 좌굴력에도 충분한 강도를 갖는 철판절곡 기둥구조체 및 철판절곡 기둥구조체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
