The present invention relates to a skin sheet bonding device for an instrument panel, which prevents a phenomenon in which a skin sheet is bonded to a fixing portion for fixing the instrument panel to a vehicle body. The skin sheet bonding device for the instrument panel comprises: a mold main body; a mold core provided in the mold main body and mounted with the instrument panel and fixed thereto; and a seat cover unit provided in the mold main body to selectively cover a mounting space part formed between the mold main body and the mold core for mounting the instrument panel, and to cover a non-joint portion of the skin sheet bonded to the instrument panel. 본 발명은 인스트루먼트 패널을 차체에 고정하기 위한 고정부위에 스킨 시트가 접합되는 현상을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 인스트루먼트 패널용 스킨 시트 접합장치를 개시한다. 개시된 인스트루먼트 패널용 스킨 시트 접합장치는, 금형본체와, 금형본체에 구비되며, 인스트루먼트 패널이 장착되어 고정되는 금형코어와, 금형본체에 구비되어 인스트루먼트 패널의 장착을 위하여 금형본체와 금형코어 사이에 형성되는 장착 공간부를 선택적으로 커버하며, 인스트루먼트 패널에 접합되는 스킨 시트의 비 접합부위를 커버하는 시트커버유닛을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
