Summary:Disclosed are a method and system for communicating between heterogeneous networks via an idle channel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a communication method between heterogeneous networks sharing the same frequency comprising the processes of: forming, by a first device according to a first communication method and a second device according to a second communication method, a cross-technology communication (CTC) interval for communication between the heterogeneous networks using a signal strength of a beacon signal; transmitting, by the first device, CTC data to the second device during the CTC interval; and demodulating, by the second device, the CTC data by performing RSSI sampling in the CTC interval. 유휴 채널을 통한 이종 네트워크 간 통신 방법 및 시스템을 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 동일 주파수를 공유하는 이종 네트워크 간 통신 방법에 있어서, 제1 통신 방식에 따른 제1 디바이스 및 제2 통신 방식에 따른 제2 디바이스가 비콘 신호의 신호 세기를 이용하여, 이종 네트워크 간 통신을 위한 CTC 구간을 형성하는 과정; 상기 CTC 구간 동안 상기 제1 디바이스가 상기 제2 디바이스에 CTC 데이터를 송신하는 과정; 및 상기 CTC 구간에서 상기 제2 디바이스가 RSSI 샘플링을 수행하여 상기 CTC 데이터를 복조하는 과정을 포함하는 통신 방법을 제공한다.
