Summary:The present invention relates to an adhesion preventing film and, more specifically, to an adhesion preventing film, which is prepared by the steps of: mixing an adhesion preventing composition comprising distilled water, polyethylene oxide (PEO) and alginate; casting the mixed composition, and then freeze-drying the same, so as to manufacture a sponge-type film; compressing the sponge-type film; and cross-linking the compressed film by emitting, one or more light sources selected among radioactive rays, electron beams, gamma rays and ultraviolet rays, and is capable of improving adhesiveness onto a mucous membrane. The present invention provides an adhesion preventing film which is prepared by casting an adhesion prevention composition and then freeze-drying the same, so as to manufacture a sponge-type film, compressing the sponge-type film, and then cross-linking the compressed film, and which has excellent mechanical strength, flexibility, adhesiveness, cytotoxicity, biodegradability, biocompatibility, adhesion preventing characteristics and the like. 본 발명은 유착 방지 필름에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 증류수, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(PEO) 및 알지네이트를 포함하는 유착 방지용 조성물을 혼합하는 단계; 상기 혼합된 조성물을 캐스팅한 후 동결 건조하여 스펀지 형태의 필름을 제조하는 단계; 상기 스펀지 형태의 필름을 압착하는 단계; 및 상기 압착된 필름에 방사선, 전자빔, 감마선 및 자외선에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 광원을 조사하여 가교시키는 단계에 의하여 제조되며, 점막에 대한 점착성을 향상시킬 수 있는 유착 방지 필름에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 유착 방지용 조성물을 캐스팅한 후 동결 건조하여 스펀지 형태의 필름을 제조하고, 이를 압착한 후 압착된 필름을 가교시켜 제조되며, 기계적 강도, 유연성, 점착성, 세포독성, 생분해성, 생체적합성, 유착방지 특성 등이 우수한 유착 방지 필름을 제공할 수 있다.
