The present invention relates to a polyketone resin composition having alleviated yellowing and a method of manufacturing the same. More specifically, the present invention provides: the polyketone resin composition with excellent physical properties, in which, to improve a yellowing phenomenon of polyketone, 0.5 to 2.0 phr of a phenolic antioxidant is added to the polyketone resin composition, thereby inhibiting a yellowing phenomenon under high temperature and high humidity environment; and the method for manufacturing the same. 본 발명은 황변 현상이 개선된 폴리케톤 수지 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 폴리케톤의 황변 현상을 개선하기 위하여, 폴리케톤 수지 조성물에 페놀계 산화 방지제를 0.5 내지 2.0phr 첨가하여 고온고습의 환경에서도 황변 현상을 억제하여 개선된 우수한 물성의 폴리케톤 수지 조성물 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
