The present invention relates to a surface treatment apparatus capable of auto-exchanging workpieces, which aims to automatically exchange workpieces, comprising a loading means which loads/unloads the workpieces. The loading means includes: a pallet which is able to arrange the workpieces by an X-axis and Y-axis at regular intervals; a transfer platform which is able to support the pallet, to set a position of the pallet by a proximity sensor, and move the pallet to the preset position by a control box in the directions of the X-axis and Y-axis by using a servo motor; two fingers which include: a tongs for gripping the workpieces, and a rail which moves the tongs up and down; a rotary shaft which includes: a transverse-directional rod connected by a rotary cylinder which is able to rotate the fingers by 180 degrees, and the servo motor which rotates the transverse-directional rod by 180 degrees; a replacement element which is able to move the tongs of the fingers towards a loading position for providing the workpieces to a coupling head and towards, in the other way around, an unloading position for removing the workpieces from the coupling head to discharge the workpieces; and a driving element of the coupling head which opens and closes the tongs of the coupling head to insert and secure the workpieces into the coupling head. 본 발명은 표면처리 장치에 공작물을 자동으로 교체하기 위한 교체 시스템을 결합한 표면처리 장치는 공작물을 로딩/언로딩하는 로딩 수단을 포함하며, 상기 로딩 수단은 공작물을 일정한 간격으로 x축과 y축으로 정렬할 수 있는 파레트, 상기 파레트를 지지하고 근접센서에 의해 상기 파레트의 위치를 설정해서 서보모터에 의해 x축과 y축 방향으로 컨트롤 박스로 설정한 위치로 이동할 수 있는 이송 플렛폼, 상기 공작물을 파지하기 위한 집게와 상기 집게를 상하로 이동하는 레일을 포함하는 두 개의 핑거, 상기 핑거를 180도 회전시킬 수 있는 회전 실린더를 통해 연결되어 있는 횡방향 로드와 상기 횡방향 로드를 180도 회전하는 서보모터를 포함하는 회전축을 포함하며, 공작물을 커플링 헤드에 제공하기 위한 로딩 위치와 이와 반대로 공작물을 커플링 헤드에서 제거해서 배출하는 언로딩 위치로 상기 핑거의 집게를 이동시킬 수 있는, 교체 요소와, 상기 커플링 헤드에 공작물을 삽입해서 고정하기 위해서 상기 커플링 헤드의 집게를 벌려다가 조이게 하는 상기 커플링 헤드의 구동 요소를 포함한다.
