An electrode transfer apparatus of a battery cell according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a transfer apparatus main body for transferring at least one electrode of a battery cell; an electrode gripper provided in the transfer apparatus main body so as to be able to move up and down, holding at least one electrode of the battery cell, and having an end in contact with the at least one electrode to be rounded. The present invention can provide an electrode transfer apparatus of a battery cell which can prevent the occurrence of scratches on a surface of the electrode during electrode transfer of the battery cell. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배터리 셀의 전극 이송 장치는, 배터리 셀의 적어도 하나의 전극을 이송하기 위한 이송 장치 본체 및 이송 장치 본체에 승하강 가능하게 구비되고, 배터리 셀의 적어도 하나의 전극을 붙잡으며, 적어도 하나의 전극과 접촉되는 단부가 라운드지게 형성되는 전극 그립퍼를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
