Summary:Disclosed is a fixing device. The fixing device of the present invention comprises: a pressure roller; a fixing belt disposed to be rotatable by the pressure roller; a pressure member disposed inside the fixing belt and pressing part of the fixing belt in a pressure roller direction; one pair of rotor ring members supporting both ends of the fixing belt and rotated by the fixing belt; and one pair of flange members supporting the rotor ring members to be rotatable.
