The present invention relates to a device for recognizing personalized voice using speaker analysis technology implemented to control operation of a camera through voice recognition technology instead of the touch system and a method thereof. The device comprises: a voice recognition unit recognizing voice of a user and then converting the voice into text; an information processing unit extracting control information necessary for controlling a camera; a subject searching unit searching for a subject on a user terminal or on SNS; a subject detecting unit detecting the subject; and a camera control unit controlling the camera of the user terminal to focus on the subject and photograph the subject. 본 발명은 터치 방식 대신 음성 인식 기술을 통해 카메라의 작동을 제어하도록 구현한 화자 분석 기술을 이용한 개인화 음성 인식 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 사용자의 음성을 인식한 후 텍스트 형태로 변환하는 음성 인식부; 카메라 제어에 필요로 하는 제어정보를 추출하는 정보 처리부; 사용자 단말기 또는 SNS 상에서 피사체를 검색하는 피사체 검색부; 피사체를 탐색하는 피사체 탐색부; 및 피사체에 초점을 맞춰 촬영을 하도록 사용자 단말기의 카메라를 제어하는 카메라 제어부를 포함한다.
