Summary:Disclosed is a system for forming a homogenized illumination line, which may be images as a low-speckle line. The system comprises: a laser configured to emit a collimated laser beam; and an illumination-fan generator including one or more linear diffusers. The illumination-fan generator is arranged and configured to (i) receive the collimated laser beam, (ii) output a planar fan of diffused light, wherein the planar fan is derived from an optical line formed on the outermost linear diffuser of the linear diffusers, and (iii) cause formation of an illumination line at an intersection of the planar fan and an object. 저스페클 라인으로서 이미징될 수 있는 균질화된 조명 라인을 형성하기 위한 시스템이 개시된다. 시스템은 콜리메이트 레이저빔을 방출하도록 구성된 레이저; 그리고 하나 이상의 선형 확산기를 포함하는 조명팬 발생기를 포함한다. 조명팬 발생기는 (i) 콜리메이트 레이저빔을 수신하고, (ⅱ) 확산광의 평면팬을 출력하고- 평면팬은 상기 하나 이상의 선형 확산기 중 최외곽의 선형 확산기상에 형성되는 광 라인으로부터 유래됨-, 그리고 (ⅲ) 평면팬과 물체의 교차부에서 조명 라인이 형성되도록, 배열 및 구성된다.
