The present invention relates to a sample urine collecting apparatus. According to an aspect of the present invention, the sample urine collecting apparatus comprises: a body housing including an inlet through which urine is introduced, a first flow path unit for providing an initial flow path of the introduced urine, and a discharge unit through which the urine is discharged, wherein a flow path between the first flow path unit and the discharge unit is cut and provided; a sample storage unit for providing a space for storing a sample urine of a predetermined capacity during micturition; and a floating unit for providing the first flow path unit for providing a first flow path in which the urine discharged from the first flow path unit is moved into a sample storage unit at a first position, and cut at a second position by being moved from the first position to the second position by buoyancy generated by an increase in the capacity of the sample urine collected in the sample storage unit, and a second flow path unit for connecting paths between the discharge unit to provide a second flow path in which the urine discharged from the first flow path unit is moved to the discharge unit. 본 발명은 샘플 소변 수집 장치에 관한 것으로 본 발명의 일 양상에 따르면 소변이 유입되는 유입부, 상기 유입된 소변의 초기 유로를 제공하는 제1 유로부, 상기 소변이 배출되는 배출부를 구비하는 본체 하우징-이때, 상기 제1 유로부 및 상기 배출부간의 유로는 단락되어 제공됨-; 상기 소변 중 미리 정해진 용량의 샘플 소변을 보관하는 공간을 제공하는 샘플 저장부; 및 제1 위치에서는 상기 제1 유로부에서 배출된 상기 소변이 샘플 저장부의 내부로 이동하는 제1 유로를 제공하고, 샘플 저장부에 수집된 샘플 소변의 용량 증가로 인하여 발생하는 부력에 의해 상기 제1 위치에서 제2 위치 이동하여 상기 제2 위치에는 단락된 상기 제1 유로부 및 상기 배출부 간의 유로를 연결하여 상기 제1 유로부로부터 배출된 상기 소변이 상기 배출부로 이동하는 제2 유로를 제공하는 제2 유로부가 제공되는 플로팅부;를 포함하는 샘플 소변 수집 장치가 제공될 수 있다.
