The present invention relates to an air guide structure of a vehicle. According to the present invention, in an air guide structure of a vehicle, a duct for introducing outdoor air into an air cooling device of an engine includes an upper duct that is positioned in a radiator grille and a lower duct that is positioned in a bumper grille. The air guide structure includes a variable screen that is positioned between the upper duct and the lower duct and is formed to have a shape or a position that is changed according to a difference in a flow rate between upper flow and lower flow introduced through the upper duct and the lower duct. The variable screen is disposed on a duct wall surface between the upper duct and the lower duct. 본 발명은 차량의 에어가이드 구조에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 차량의 에어가이드 구조는 엔진의 공기냉각 장치로 외기를 유입하기 위한 덕트가 라디에이터 그릴에 위치하는 상부 덕트와 범퍼 그릴에 위치하는 하부 덕트로 이루어지는 차량의 에어가이드 구조에 있어서, 상기 상부 덕트와 하부 덕트의 사이에 위치되어, 상기 상부 덕트와 하부 덕트로 유입되는 상부와 하부 유량의 차이에 의해 그 형상이나 위치가 가변되도록 형성되는 가변식 스크린이 상기 상부 덕트와 하부 덕트 사이의 덕트 벽면에 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
