The present invention relates to a real estate selling information selling system. An embodiment of the present invention may include: a consumer terminal which is used by a consumer, transmits search condition selected by the consumer to a real estate selling/earnings rate providing server to receive and display real estate selling information matching with the search condition, and transmits information of interest real estate that the consumer wants to obtain to the real estate selling/earnings rate providing server to receive and display real estate earnings rate when the consumer obtains the interest real estate; a real estate selling/earnings rate providing server which generates the real estate selling information matching with search condition received from the consumer terminal to transmit the same to the consumer terminal and generates real estate earnings rate matching with interest real estate received from the consumer terminal to transmit the same to the consumer terminal; and a wired and wireless communication network which performs wired or wireless communication between the consumer terminal and the real estate selling/earnings rate providing server. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the consumer is able to get new selling information easily by adding features to estimate earnings rate. 본 발명의 실시 형태는 소비자가 사용하는 단말기로서, 소비자로부터 선택되는 검색 조건을 부동산 분양/수익률 제공 서버로 전송하여 상기 검색 조건에 매칭되는 부동산 분양 정보를 수신하여 표시하며, 소비자가 분양받고자 하는 부동산인 관심 부동산의 정보를 상기 부동산 분양/수익률 제공 서버로 전송하여 상기 관심 부동산을 분양받을 시의 부동산 수익률을 수신하여 표시하는 소비자 단말기; 상기 소비자 단말기로부터 수신되는 검색 조건에 매칭되는 부동산 분양 정보를 생성하여 상기 소비자 단말기로 전송하며, 상기 소비자 단말기로부터 수신되는 관심 부동산에 매칭되는 부동산 수익률을 생성하여 상기 소비자 단말기로 전송하는 부동산 분양/수익률 제공 서버; 및 상기 소비자 단말기와 부동산 분양/수익률 제공 서버간에 유선 통신 또는 무선 통신을 수행하는 유무선 통신망;을 포함할 수 있다.
