The present invention relates to a cool feeling functional composition comprising at least one nanoparticle selected from the group consisting of Al_2O_3, BN, and AlN having good reflectance to sunlight and high thermal conductivity. The cool feeling functional composition of the present invention has no hazardous substances and is an eco-friendly (ECO) material comprising white fine ceramic nanoparticles. In addition, fabric or leather coated with the cool feeling composition of the present invention maintains high thermal conductivity performance even after washing and can be applied to all colors regardless of a type of substrates. 본 발명은 태양광에 반사율이 좋고, 열전도도가 높은 AlO, BN, AlN로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 나노 입자를 포함하는 냉감 기능성 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 냉감조성물은 유해물질이 포함하지 않으며 백색의 미세 무기물(fine ceramic)의 나노입자를 포함하는 친환경(ECO) 소재이다. 또한 본 발명의 냉감조성물을 코팅한 직물 또는 피혁은 세탁후에도 열전도도가 큰 성능이 유지되며 기재의 종류에 관계없이 모든 칼라에 적용이 가능하다.
