The packaging material for batteries comprises a first resin layer, a graphite sheet and a second resin layer. The packaging material for batteries is light and has excellent heat radiation effects so a battery cell comprising the packaging material for batteries has improved battery efficiency and can manage the temperature consistently. 실시예는 열전도도 및 유연성이 우수한 전지용 포장재 및 이를 포함하는 배터리 셀에 관한 것으로, 상기 전지용 포장재는 가벼우면서도 방열 효과가 우수하고, 이로 인해 이를 포함하는 배터리 셀은 배터리 효율이 향상되고 지속적인 온도 관리가 가능하다.
