The present invention relates to a secondary battery electrolyte and a secondary battery comprising the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a secondary battery electrolyte having an effect of enhancing room-temperature and high-temperature life characteristics at high voltage as well as general voltage (4.2 V) by adding a cyclic sulfate compound and a trialkylsilyl compound to the secondary battery electrolyte, and to a secondary battery comprising the same. 본 발명은 이차전지용 전해액 및 이를 포함하는 이차전지에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 이차전지용 전해액에 고리형 설페이트 화합물과 트리알킬실릴 화합물을 첨가함으로써 일반전압(4.2V)뿐만 아니라 고전압에서도 상온 및 고온 수명특성을 향상시키는 효과가 있는 이차전지용 전해액 및 이를 포함하는 이차전지에 관한 것이다.
