The present invention provides a light emitting device package which can increase reliability. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the light emitting device package comprises: first and second frames arranged to be spaced apart from each other; a first recess provided on an upper surface of the first frame; a second recess provided on an upper surface of the second frame; a first upper recess provided on the upper surface of the first frame and provided around the first recess; a second upper recess provided on the upper surface of the second frame and provided around the second recess; a conductor provided to the first and second recesses; and a light emitting device including a first bonding unit arranged on the first recess and electrically connected with the first frame and a second bonding unit arranged on the second recess and electrically connected with the second frame. 실시 예에 따른 발광소자 패키지는, 서로 이격되어 배치된 제1 및 제2 프레임; 제1 프레임의 상면에 제공된 제1 리세스; 제2 프레임의 상면에 제공된 제2 리세스; 제1 프레임의 상면에 제공되며, 제1 리세스의 주변에 제공된 제1 상부 리세스; 제2 프레임의 상면에 제공되며, 제2 리세스의 주변에 제공된 제2 상부 리세스; 제1 및 제2 리세스에 제공된 도전체; 제1 리세스 위에 배치되어 제1 프레임과 전기적으로 연결된 제1 본딩부와 제2 리세스 위에 배치되어 제2 프레임과 전기적으로 연결된 제2 본딩부를 포함하는 발광소자; 를 포함할 수 있다.
