The present invention relates to a drygel sheet controlling the release of a specific component and having swelling and shrinkage characteristics, and a preparation method thereof. After a water-soluble polymer is dissolved in water to form a hydrogel having a three-dimensional network structure and contains a composition including a specific component as a carrier for which a specific hydrophobic component having physiological activity is to be a stable composition, moisture in the hydrogel is removed and the three-dimensional network structure is more densely bound. Accordingly, provided is a drygel sheet in which the composition including the specific hydrophobic component having physiological activity is fixed in the three-dimensional network structure in which water is removed. 본 발명은 특정 성분의 방출 제어와 팽윤 및 수축 특성을 함께 갖는 드라이겔 시트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 생리활성이 있는 특정의 소수성 성분이 안정한 조성물로 존재하기 위한 지지체로 수용성 고분자를 물에 용해하여 3차원 그물구조를 갖는 하이드로겔을 만들어 특정 성분이 포함된 조성물을 함유시킨 후, 그 하이드로겔 속에 포함되어 있는 수분을 제거하여 3차원 그물구조를 더욱 촘촘하게 결속시킴으로써 생리활성이 있는 특정의 소수성 성분이 포함된 조성물이 물이 빠져나간 겔의 3차원 그물구조 속에 고정되는 드라이겔 시트를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
