The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a distilled extract containing Schisandra chinensis manufactured by a specific manufacturing method and a composition containing the same. Specifically, by confirming antioxidant activity and skin aging inhibitory activity of the extract through: (experimental example 1-1), a DPPH radical scavenging activity experiment for the extract; (experimental example 1-2), an ABTS radical cation scavenging activity inhibitory activity measuring experiment; (experimental example 2), a total flavonoid content determination experiment; (experimental example 3), a cell viability measurement experiment by MTT assay; and (experimental example 4), a nitrogen oxide measurement experiment, the extract can be usefully used as the composition for treating and preventing antioxidant and skin aging diseases. 본 발명은 특정 제조방법으로 제조된 오미자 함유 증류 추출물의 제조방법 및 이를 함유한 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 상기 추출물에 대하여 DPPH 라디칼 소거활성실험 (실험예 1-1); ABTS 라디칼 양이온 소거능 저해활성 측정실험 (실험예 1-2); 총 플라보노이드 함량측정 실험 (실험예 2); MTT assay에 의한 세포 생존율 측정실험 (실험예 3); 질소 산화물(Nitric oxide) 측정실험 (실험예 4) 등을 통하여 항산화활성 및 피부노화억제활성 등을 확인하여 항산화 및 피부노화 질환의 치료 및 예방용 조성물로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
