The present invention relates to a notification service providing method of a virtual customer in-home device comprising the steps of: activating a notification service virtual network function when receiving a notification registration message from an administrator terminal; bypassing network access traffic to a notification site corresponding to notification registration information when receiving network connection traffic from any user terminal while the notification service virtual network function is activated; and deactivating the notification service virtual network function upon receiving notification confirmation input from the user terminal. 본 발명은 가상 고객 댁내 장치의 공지 서비스 제공 방법에 관한 것으로, 관리자 단말로부터 공지 등록 메시지를 수신하면, 공지 서비스 가상 네트워크 기능을 활성화시키는 단계, 상기 공지 서비스 가상 네트워크 기능이 활성화된 상태에서 임의의 사용자 단말로부터 네트워크 접속 트래픽을 수신하면 상기 네트워크 접속 트래픽을 상기 공지 등록 정보에 대응되는 공지 사이트로 우회시키는 단계, 상기 사용자 단말로부터 공지 확인 입력을 수신하면, 상기 공지 서비스 가상 네트워크 기능을 비활성화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
