Summary:Since the present invention is configured to treat sewage and wastewater containing high concentrations of nitrogen with a carrier to which microorganisms are attached at a high concentration, sewage and wastewater can be treated at 10 mg/L or less lower than the total nitrogen (T-N) standard (30 mg/L) as set out in the Enforcement Rules of Water Quality and Ecosystem Conservation Act (effective from 1 January 2016). In addition, the present invention allows microorganisms to adhere to the carrier at a high concentration and thus, can be applied to various changes in water quality and a carbon-to-nitrogen ratio (C/N ratio). In particular, the present invention can reduce a residence time (HRT) to reduce a sewage and wastewater treatment time. Further, since the present invention can reduce the residence time and sludge, the treatment effect is further increased as well as the overall size of the treatment device is reduced, and the maintenance cost also can be reduced by eliminating the post-treatment process for treating sludge or the like. The present invention comprises an anoxic reactor (100) and an aerobic reactor (200). 본 발명은 미생물을 고농도로 부착한 담체로 고농도의 질소를 함유한 하·폐수를 처리할 수 있게 구성하므로, 수질 및 수생태계 보전에 관한 법률 시행규칙(2016년 1월 1일부터 적용)에서 정한 총질소량(T-N) 기준(30㎎/L)보다 낮은 10㎎/L 이하로 처리할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 담체에 미생물이 고농도로 부착하게 하므로, 수질과 탄소대 질소 비(C/N비)의 다양한 변화에도 적용할 수 있고, 특히 체류 시간(HRT)을 줄여 하·폐수처리 시간을 줄일 수 있다. 그리고, 본 발명은 이처럼 체류시간과 슬러지를 줄일 수 있으므로, 처리장치의 전체 크기를 줄이면서도 처리 효과를 더욱 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 슬러지 등을 처리하는 후처리 공정을 없애 유지 보수 비용을 줄일 수 있다.
