Summary:The present invention relates to a method for adding nanodiamonds to natural rubber, and includes a method of providing reinforced rubber having high mechanical properties and elasticity by manufacturing a nanodiamond/rubber composite material mixed with each of the contents by adding nanodiamonds treated with silane. By observing the effect of nanodiamonds on the mechanical properties and elasticity by the content in the course of adding surface-treated nanodiamonds to rubber, it is possible to learn the most efficient conditions for mechanical properties and elastic properties. 본 발명은 천연고무에 나노다이아몬드를 첨가하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 나노다이아몬드를 실란 처리하여 첨가하여 함량별로 혼합된 나노다이아몬드/고무복합재료를 제조함으로써 높은 기계적물성 및 탄성력을 가진 강화고무를 제공하는 방법을 포함한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명은 표면 처리된 나노다이아몬드를 고무에 첨가하는 과정에서 함량별로 나타나는 나노다이아몬드가 기계적물성 및 탄성력에 미치는 영향을 관찰함으로써 이를 통해 기계적물성 및 탄성력물성에 가장 효율적인 조건을 알 수 있는 효과가 있다.
