Summary:The present invention provides an electroluminescent display device comprising a first substrate, a power line, an insulating layer, and a light emitting diode. The first substrate has a display area and a non-display area. The power line is disposed in the display area on the first substrate. The insulating layer is located on the power line and has a contact hole exposing the power line. The light emitting diode has a pixel electrode layer, a light emitting layer, and a common electrode layer on the insulating layer. The common electrode layer is electrically connected to the power line through the contact hole. Therefore, the present invention has an effect of providing a structure and a method in which electrical contact is made between a second power line and the common electrode layer without an additional process. 본 발명은 제1기판, 전원라인, 절연층, 및 발광다이오드를 포함하는 전계발광표시장치를 제공한다. 제1기판은 표시영역과 비표시영역을 갖는다. 전원라인은 제1기판 상의 표시영역에 배치된다. 절연층은 전원라인 상에 위치하고 전원라인을 노출하는 콘택홀을 갖는다. 발광다이오드는 절연층 상의 픽셀전극층, 발광층 및 공통전극층을 갖는다. 공통전극층은 콘택홀을 통해 전원라인과 전기적으로 연결된다.
