Summary:Disclosed herein are a method of treating Vibrio spp. at a heat shock temperature to control quorum sensing of Vibrio, thereby inhibiting the virulence of Vibrio spp.; and a screening method of a quorum sensing inhibitor using the method. The method according to the present invention can be effectively used for virulence control of Vibrio spp. by inhibiting quorum sensing through thermal shock, thereby reducing toxic factors activated by expression of quorum sensing regulators. The mechanisms identified herein also allow for the screening of quorum sensing inhibitor. 본원에서는 열충격 온도에서 비브리오 균을 처리하여, 비브리오의 쿼럼센싱을 조절하여, 비브리오 균의 독성을 억제하는 방법 및 상기 방법을 이용한 쿼럼센싱 억제제 스크리닝 방법을 개시된다. 본원에 따른 방법은 열충격을 통해 쿼럼센싱을 억제하여, 쿼럼센싱 조절자에 의해 발현이 활성화되는 독성인자들 감소시켜 비브리오 균의 독성 제어에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다. 또한 본원에서 규명된 기전을 이용하면 쿼럼센싱 저해제의 스크리닝이 가능하다.
