Summary:An objective of the present invention is to suppress a problem where liquid stays near a valley unit of a bellows unit to accumulate particles such as impurities. A suck-back valve (100) includes a valve body unit (20) and a diaphragm unit connected to the valve body unit (20). The diaphragm unit includes a base unit (51), a tip unit (52), and a bellows unit (53) connecting the base unit (51) and the tip unit (52). A liquid contact unit (52a) of the tip unit (52) coming in contact with liquid is formed in a cylindrical shape extended in an axial line (X). A lower end (53d) of the bellows unit (53) is connected to the liquid contact unit (52a) on a connection position (CP) matching an outer circumferential surface of the liquid contact unit (52a).
