실린더 하우징(2)과, 실린더 하우징(2) 내측에 변위 가능하게 배치되는 피스톤 로드(6)를 구비하는 피스톤(5)과, 압력 유입 포트(20)를 구비하는 입구 부분(18), 고압 유출 포트(22)를 구비하는 활성 부분(19), 저압 챔버(32) 및 고압 챔버(38a)를 포함하는 압력 증폭기(17)를 포함하는 유압 액추에이터(1)가 개시된다. 본 발명의 목적은 모듈식 압력 증폭기(17)를 구비하는 유압 액추에이터(1)를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 유압 액추에이터(1)는 피스톤 로드(6) 내측에 적어도 부분적으로 배치되는 슬리브(10a)를 포함하는 카트리지 압력 증폭기(10)를 포함하며, 압력 증폭기(17)는 슬리브(10a) 내측에 정지 상태로 배치된다. A hydraulic actuator (1) is disclosed comprising a cylinder housing (2), a piston (5) with a piston rod (6) being displaceably arranged inside the cylinder housing (2) and a pressure amplifier (17) comprising an inlet section (18) with a pressure inlet port (20), an active section (19) with a high pressure outlet port (22), a low pressure chamber (32) and a high pressure chamber (38a). It is an objective of the invention to provide a hydraulic actuator (1) with a modular pressure amplifier (17). To this end, the hydraulic actuator (1) comprises a cartridge pressure amplifier (10) comprising a sleeve (10a) being arranged at least partially inside the piston rod (6), and wherein the pressure amplifier (17) is stationarily arranged inside the sleeve (10a).
