The present invention relates to a system and a method for generating fresh water using seawater in a compensation tank, which supply seawater at constant pressure at all times to a fresh water generator from a depth controller by pressurizing compressed air in compensation water filled in the compensation tank in a vessel to pressurize and discharge the compensation water in the fresh water generator direction, thereby being possible to always stably generate fresh water regardless of a submarine voyage of the submarine and a seawater pressure obtaining impossible situation in accordance with a failure of a pressurizing pump. 본 발명은 함 내 보상탱크에 채워진 보상수에 압축공기를 가압하여 보상수를 조수기 방향으로 가압 배출함으로써, 전심도에서 조수기에 항상 일정한 압력의 해수를 공급하도록 하여 잠수함의 잠항여부, 가압펌프 고장에 따른 해수 압력 획득 불가 상황에 관계없이 항시 청수를 안정적으로 생산할 수 있도록 하는 보상탱크 내 해수를 이용한 청수 생산 시스템 및 생산 방법에 관한 것이다.
