Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a membrane electrode assembly for water electrolysis using catalyst precursor slurry containing a catalyst precursor material to coat at least one surface of an electrolyte membrane to form a catalyst precursor layer, and irradiating laser to form a catalyst layer. The membrane electrode assembly can be manufactured without a heat fusion process, and the deformation or damage to the electrolyte membrane is prevented. Since the interface formation is performed continuously, the risk of separation of the interface is small and the interface resistance is reduced.
본 발명은 촉매 전구체 물질을 포함하는 촉매 전구체 슬러리를 이용하여 전해질 막의 적어도 일면에 코팅하여 촉매 전구체층을 형성하고, 레이저를 조사하여 촉매층을 형성하는 수전해용 막 전극 접합체 제조방법으로서, 열융착 공정 없이도 막 전극 접합체를 제조할 수 있고, 전해질막의 변형이나 손상을 방지하고, 계면 형성이 연속적으로 이루어지기 때문에 계면이 분리될 위험이 적고 계면 저항이 감소하는 효과를 제공할 수 있다. |
