Summary:A system for detecting the forged location information of a vehicle, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a wireless signal receiving unit for receiving a wireless signal from a communication system; a message receiving unit for receiving the wireless signal from the wireless signal receiving unit, generating a message, and generating the location information of the communication system by computing the generated message; a wireless signal incident angle calculating unit for receiving the wireless signal from the wireless signal receiving unit and generating a wireless signal incident angle; an azimuth angle calculating unit for generating a location information azimuth angle by using the location information of the communication system, the location information of a receiving vehicle, and a forged vehicle generated by the communication system; and a location information forgery detecting unit for determining whether the location information of the forged vehicle is falsified by using a difference value between an angle corresponding to the reference axis of the location information azimuth angle and the location information azimuth angle. Thus, the stability of the driving can be improved. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량의 위조된 위치정보를 탐지하는 시스템은 통신 시스템으로부터 무선신호를 수신하는 무선신호 수신부, 상기 무선신호 수신부로부터 무선신호를 수신하여 메시지를 생성하고, 생성된 메시지를 연산하여 상기 통신 시스템의 위치정보를 생성하는 메시지 수신부, 상기 무선신호 수신부로부터 무선신호를 수신하여 무선신호 입사각을 생성하는 무선신호 입사각 산출부, 상기 통신 시스템의 위치정보, 수신차량의 위치정보 및 상기 통신시스템이 생성한 위조차량을 이용하여 위치정보 방위각을 생성하는 방위각 산출부 및 상기 위치정보 방위각의 기준 축에 대응하는 각도와 위치정보 방위각의 차이값을 이용하여 상기 위조차량의 위치정보가 위조된 것인지 여부를 판단하는 위치정보 위조 탐지부를 포함한다.
