Summary:The disclosed is a method for manufacturing an antibacterial molded article for water purification. More particularly, the method comprises: a raw material mixing step of mixing a master batch containing an antibacterial agent in a synthetic resin; a melting step of heating and melting the mixture manufactured through the raw material mixing step; a spinning step of spinning the mixture melted through the melting step with a spinning nozzle of an extruder; and a molding step of molding the mixture spun through the spinning step. The antibacterial molded article manufactured through the method can be molded in beads, pellets, and blocks, and exhibits excellent antibacterial activity against bacteria contained in water. 개시된 내용은 정수용 항균 성형체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 합성수지에 항균제가 함유된 마스터배치를 혼합하는 원료혼합단계, 상기 원료혼합단계를 통해 제조된 혼합물을 가열하여 용융하는 용융단계, 상기 용융단계를 통해 용융된 혼합물을 압출기의 방사노즐로 방사하는 방사단계 및 상기 방사단계를 통해 방사된 혼합물을 성형하는 성형단계로 이루어진다. 상기의 과정을 통해 제조된 항균 성형체는 비드, 펠렛 및 블록으로 성형될 수 있으며, 수중에 함유된 균에 대해 우수한 항균성능을 나타낸다.
