Summary: | The present invention relates to a production method of a green fiber using rice bran of green whole grain rice and, more specifically, to a production method of a green fiber comprising ultra-pulverized powder of the rice bran of the green whole grain rice. The green fiber is usefully used for the purpose of augmenting dietary fiber in a liquid food, or a solid food requiring a soft texture by ultra-pulverizing the rice bran of the green whole grain rice and developing a method for producing a green fiber reduced the coarse texture and bitter taste peculiar to dietary fiber.
본 발명은 초록 통쌀 미강을 포함하는 그린화이버의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 초록 통쌀 미강의 초미세 분쇄 분말을 포함하는 그린화이버의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 초록 통쌀 미강을 초미세 분쇄하여 식이섬유 특유의 거친 식감과 쓴맛이 감소된 그린화이버를 제조하는 방법을 개발함으로써 상기 그린화이버가 액상식품, 혹은 부드러운 식감이 요구되는 고체식품에 식이섬유를 증강하는 목적으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있도록 하였다. |
