Summary:The present invention relates to a method for removing off-flavor from a retinispora essential oil extract to remove various off-flavor contained in essential oil, which is an extract extracted from retinispora, in a short time through heat treatment and ultrasonic treatment. The method comprises the steps of: a) extracting the retinispora essential oil from the retinispora; b) heating the retinispora essential oil of the step a) at the temperature of 60 to 100°C for 1 to 10 hours; and c) sonicating the heated retinispora essential oil of the step b) at the intensity of 10 to 300 W at 10 to 50 kHz. 본 발명은 편백나무로부터 추출된 추출물인 정유에 함유된 다양한 이취를 가열 처리와 초음파 처리를 통해 단시간에 제거하도록 하는 편백나무 정유 추출물의 이취 제거 방법에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은, a) 편백나무로부터 편백 정유를 추출하는 단계; b) 상기 a)단계의 편백 정유를 60 - 100℃의 온도로 1 - 10시간 동안 가열하는 단계; 및 c) 상기 b)단계의 가열된 편백 정유를 10 - 50kHz에서 10 - 300W의 세기로 초음파 처리하는 단계;로 이루어진다.
