Summary: | By a manufacturing method of the present invention, it is possible to manufacture tert-butyl 3-methyl-4-oxopiperidine-1-carboxylate having optical activity at a high yield while having high purity and optical activity by a method capable of industrially mass production by using commercially available reagents and solvents. In addition, by using a novel intermediate of the present invention, it is possible to manufacture tert-butyl 3-methyl-4-oxopiperidine-1-carboxylate having optical activity in a high purity and the high yield.
본 발명의 제조방법을 통하여 광학활성을 갖는 터트-부틸 3-메틸-4-옥소피페리딘-1-카르복실레이트를 통상적으로 사용 가능한 시약과 용매를 사용하여, 산업적으로 대량생산이 가능한 방법으로 고순도의 광학활성을 가지면서 고수율로 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 신규 중간체를 통하여 광학활성을 갖는 터트-부틸 3-메틸-4-옥소피페리딘-1-카르복실레이트를 고순도 및 고수율로 제조할 수 있다. |
