Summary: | The present invention provides electrodeposited copper foil with proper puncture strength to apply pressure during compression with a cathode activity material during production and withstand both expansion and contraction during repeated charging/discharging cycles if used in a rechargeable secondary battery. The copper foil has specific use as a current collector in a rechargeable secondary battery, specifically, a high-capacity lithium secondary battery. The present invention also provides a manufacturing method of copper foil and a manufacturing method of a negative electrode to be used in a lithium secondary battery and a high-capacity lithium secondary battery.
생산 동안 음극 활성 물질과의 압착 동안의 압력 적용뿐만 아니라, 재충전 가능한 2차 배터리 (secondary battery)에 사용되는 경우 반복되는 충전/방전 사이클 동안의 팽창/수축 모두를 견디기에 적절한 천공 강도 (puncture strength)를 갖는 전착된 구리 호일 (electrodeposited copper foil)이 기재된다. 이러한 구리 호일은 재충전 가능한 2차 배터리, 특히 고 용량의 리튬 2차 배터리에서 전류 집전장치 (current collector)로서 특정한 유용성을 밝힌다. 구리 호일의 제조 방법, 리튬 2차 배터리 및 고 용량의 리튬 2차 배터리에 사용하기 위한 음극 (negative electrode)의 제조 방법이 또한 기재된다. |
