열 에너지 회수 장치이며, 증발기(10)와, 팽창기(12)와, 동력 회수부(14)와, 응축기(16)와, 펌프(18)와, 공급 유로(32)와, 배출 유로(34)와, 압력 조정 밸브(V1)와, 제어부(40)를 구비한다. 제어부(40)는, 증발기(10)에 공급되는 기상의 가열 매체의 압력이 기준값 미만일 때 당해 가열 매체의 압력이 상기 기준값 이상이 되도록 압력 조정 밸브(V1)의 개방도를 조정하는 압력 조정부(42)와, 압력 조정부(42)에 의한 압력 조정 밸브(V1)의 개방도의 조정 후, 혹은, 압력 조정부(42)에 의한 압력 조정 밸브(V1)의 개방도의 조정과 동시에, 펌프(18)의 회전수를 올리는 회전수 조정부(44)를 갖는다. The control unit (40) has: a pressure adjustment unit (42) that, when the pressure of gas-phase heating medium supplied to the evaporator (10) is less than a reference value, adjusts the degree of opening of the pressure adjustment valve (V1) such that the pressure of the heating medium reaches or exceeds the reference value; and a rotational speed adjustment unit (44) that increases the rotational speed of the pump (18) after the adjustment of the degree of opening of the pressure adjustment valve (V1) by the pressure adjustment unit (42), or simultaneously with the adjustment of the degree of opening of the pressure adjustment valve (V1) by the pressure adjustment unit (42).
