Summary:The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating lung diseases, comprising mesenchymal stem cell-derived artificial nanosomes. According to the present invention, the artificial nanosomes derived from human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells exhibit significantly superior alveolar regeneration capacity as compared to that of mesenchymal stem cells alone or natural exosomes derived from human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells, and thus may be beneficially used in the treatment of various lung diseases including pulmonary emphysema. Further, the artificial nanosomes of the present invention have the advantage in that they may be obtained by a simple production method using an extruder and an ultracentrifuge without treating mesenchymal stem cells with an additional chemical. The artificial nanosomes of the present invention are unlikely to cause adverse side effects typically caused by stem cell treatment agents, and can address the treatment efficacy problem which is often pointed out as a shortcoming for treating mesenchymal stem cells, and thus can be beneficially used as an agent for preventing or treating lung diseases or as a therapeutic agent for lung cells. 본 발명은 간엽줄기세포 유래 인공나노좀(mesenchymal stem cell-derived artificial nanosomes)을 포함하는 폐질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 인간 지방유래 간엽줄기세포로부터 유래된 인공나노좀은 간엽줄기세포 자체 및 인간 지방유래 간엽줄기세포로부터 유래된 자연엑소좀과 비교하여 현저히 우수한 폐포 재생 능력을 내므로 폐기종을 포함하는 각종 폐질환의 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 또한 본 발명의 인공나노좀은 간엽줄기세포에 별도의 화학물질을 처리하지 않아도, 압출기 및 초고속원심분리기를 이용하는 간단한 생산 방법을 통하여 수득할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 이에, 줄기세포 치료제가 갖는 부작용이 발생할 가능성이 낮다는 점과 함께, 간엽줄기세포 처리 시 단점으로 지적되는 치료 효율의 문제점 또한 해결할 수 있어, 향후, 폐질환 예방 또는 치료 및 폐세포 치료제로서 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
