Summary:The present invention relates to a dual battery system for a vehicle including a lead-acid battery and a lithium battery. Provided is a dual battery system for a vehicle, which comprises: a lead-acid battery module mounted on a vehicle and including a lead-acid battery; a lithium battery module including a lithium battery; and a controller for controlling the lead-acid battery module and the lithium battery module. According to the present invention, a high-efficiency and low-cost lead-acid battery is used as an energy supply source for a micro-hybrid electric vehicle and the like, and a lithium battery having high output characteristics and energy storage ability is dualized, thereby enhancing long life characteristics and output characteristics. 본 발명은 납축전지와 리튬전지를 포함하는 자동차용 듀얼 배터리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 자동차에 장착되고, 납축전지를 포함하는 납축전지 모듈; 리튬전지를 포함하는 리튬전지 모듈; 및 상기 납축전지 모듈과 리튬전지 모듈을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 자동차용 듀얼 배터리 시스템을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 마이크로-하이브리드 전기자동차(Micro-hybrid Electric Vehicle) 등의 에너지 공급원으로서 고효율 및 저가의 납축전지를 기반으로 하되, 출력 특성 및 에너지 저장능 등이 높은 리튬전지가 듀얼화되어, 적어도 장수명 특성 및 출력 특성 등이 향상된다.
