The present invention relates to a flooring material comprising a transparent layer formed of a styrene-based elastomer. More particularly, the present invention, in a multilayered flooring material, in which a plurality of layers are laminated, relates to: the flooring material comprising the transparent layer having flexibility and excellent transparency, which is formed by a composition for manufacturing the transparent layer comprising a specific amount of a polyolefin resin, the styrene-based elastomer, and oil; and a method for manufacturing the same. 본 발명은 스티렌계 엘라스토머로 형성된 투명층을 포함하는 바닥재에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 여러 개의 층이 적층된 다층 바닥재에 있어서, 특정함량의 폴리올레핀 수지와 스티렌계의 엘라스토머 및 오일을 포함하는 투명층 제조용 조성물로부터 형성된 유연하면서도 우수한 투명성을 가지는 투명층을 포함하는 바닥재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
