According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system for controlling a target position of a wiper on a vehicle comprises: a switch unit providing a switch control signal; a relay unit turning on or off a relay in accordance with the switch control signal; a wiper motor unit operating a wiper motor based on currents supplied from a battery by the relay unit; a battery unit supplying the currents to the wiper motor unit or blocking the currents; and a control unit controlling the relay of the relay unit and controlling the target position of the wiper based on operation of the wiper motor.
