The present invention relates to a system of performance evaluation using a uniform distribution scoring method and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system of performance evaluation using a uniform distribution scoring method comprises: a standard score conversion unit converting a raw score for each indicator into a standard score for each indicator; and a final score calculation unit calculating a final score by reflecting weight to the standard score for each indicator. 본 발명은 등분포점수화 방법을 이용한 성과평가 시스템 및 그 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 등분포점수화 방법을 이용한 성과평가 시스템은, 지표별 원점수를 지표별 표준점수로 변환하는 표준점수 변환부; 및 상기 지표별 표준점수에 가중치를 반영하여 최종점수를 계산하는 최종점수 계산부를 포함한다.
