The present invention discloses a novel bacteriophage having infectivity against Acinetobacter baumannii, variants thereof, progenies thereof, and uses thereof. The bacteriophage according to the present invention can be used as an antibiotic by specifically infecting an opportunistic infectious strain Acinetobacter baumannii and resistant to various antibiotics, thereby effectively eliminating the Acinetobacter strain, a pathogenic microorganism that is a serious problem in the medical field.
