Disclosed are a telluric current monitoring data analysis system for earthquake prediction and a method therefor. A telluric current monitoring data analysis system according to an embodiment comprises: a regional data analysis server which identifies frequency characteristics by each region, selects, by each region, earthquake precursor prediction data required for earthquake prediction according to the identified frequency characteristics by each region, and identifies the characteristics of an earthquake event signal including telluric current changes and electric field changes by each region; a collection device for collecting data necessary for predicting earthquake precursor in a specific region, according to the regional earthquake precursor prediction data selected by the regional data analysis server; and a monitoring server which predicts regional earthquake precursors and earthquake occurrence events by analyzing and comparing the regional earthquake precursor prediction data including a telluric current electric field collected by the collection device with the characteristics of the earthquake event signals transmitted from the analysis server. 지진 예측을 위한 지전류 모니터링 데이터 분석 시스템 및 방법을 개시한다. 실시예에 따른 지전류 모니터링 데이터 분석 시스템은 지역별 주파수 특성을 규명하고, 규명된 지역별 주파수 특성에 따라 지진예측에 필요한 지진전조현상예측 데이터를 지역별로 선정하고, 지역별 지전류 변화, 전기장 변화를 포함하는 지진 이벤트 신호의 특성을 규명하는 지역별 데이터 분석서버; 지역별 데이터 분석서버에서 선정된 지역별 지진전조현상 예측 데이터에 따라, 특정 지역에서 지진전조현상을 예측하기 위해 필요한 데이터를 수집하는 수집장치; 및 수집장치에서 수집된 지전류(Telluric current), 전기장을 포함하는 지역별 지진 전조현상예측 데이터를 분석서버로부터 전송된 지진 이벤트 신호의 특성과 비교 분석하여 지역 별 지진 전조 현상 및 지진발생 이벤트를 예측하는 모니터링서버; 를 포함한다.
