The present invention relates to eyeglasses with a medical magnet comprising: a left and a right eyeglass frame body (11, 12) on which lenses are installed; a nose pad (13) to connect the left and the right eyeglass frame body (11, 12) to each other; and a left and a right eyeglass temple (14, 15) installed on the left and the right eyeglass frame body (11, 12). The nose pad (13) is divided into halves to form a left and a right nose pad (13-1, 13-2). The left nose pad (13-1) is installed on the left eyeglass frame body (11), and the right nose pad (13-2) is installed on the right eyeglass frame body (12). A magnet (20) is installed in the left and the right nose pad (13-1, 13-2). A medical magnet is installed in an eyeglass frame. Therefore, wearing is convenient and blood circulation is efficient. An amount and quality of tears are improved to treat dry eyes. 본 발명은 의료용 자석이 구비된 안경에 관한 것으로, 렌즈가 설치되는 좌, 우측안경테 본체(11, 12)와, 상기 좌, 우측안경테 본체(11, 12)를 서로 연결하는 코다리(13)와, 상기 좌, 우측안경테 본체(11, 12)에 각각 설치되는 좌, 우측안경테다리(14, 15)로 이루어지는 의료용 자석이 구비된 안경에 있어서, 상기 코다리(13)는 반으로 분리되어 좌, 우측코다리(13-1, 13-2)로 이루어지고, 상기 좌측안경테 본체(11)에는 좌측코다리(13-1)가 설치되며, 상기 우측안경테 본체(12)에는 우측코리리(13-2)가 설치되고, 상기 좌, 우측코다리(13-1, 13-2)의 내부에는 자석(20)이 설치되는 것으로, 본 발명은 안경테에 의료용 자석을 설치하여 착용이 간편하고, 혈액순환을 원활하게 하며, 눈물의 양과 질을 호전시켜 안구건조증을 치료할 수 있는 현저한 효과가 있다.
