The present invention relates to a method of producing an adsorbent for removing nondegradable pollutants containing bisphenol A. The method comprises a step of thermally degrading biomass including sugar canes or cow manure to produce biochar. The method of producing an adsorbent according to the present invention can advantageously produce biochar with significantly desirable ability of removing nondegradable pollutants containing bisphenol A from agricultural and stockbreeding by-products, cow manure or sugar canes. 본 발명에 따른 흡착제거제의 제조방법은 비스페놀 A를 포함하는 난분해성 오염물질 제거용 흡착제거제의 제조방법으로, 상세하게, 사탕수수 또는 우분을 포함하는 바이오매스를 열분해하여 바이오차를 제조하는 단계를 포함한다.
