본 발명은, 하지 말초 동맥 질환을 치료 또는 개선하는데 사용하기 위한, 단핵구로 농화된, 즉 세포 현탁액에 존재하는 백혈구 (WBC)의 25% 이상이 단핵구이고; A. i. 림프구 집단; ii. 단구 집단; 및 iii. CD34를 발현하는 조혈 줄기 세포 집단을 포함하거나 또는 이들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 단핵구 (MNC)를 포함하며; B. 과립구를 더 포함하는, 자가 또는 동종이계, 바람직하게는, 자가, 성체 골수-유래 백혈구, 바람직하게는 장골의 능선 (장골릉)으로부터 유래된 백혈구의 세포 현탁액에 관한 것이다. The present invention refers to a cell suspension of autologous or allogeneic, preferably autologous, adult bone marrow-derived white blood cells, preferably derived from the crest of the ilium (or iliac crest), enriched for mononuclear cells, meaning more than 25% of the white blood cells (WBCs) present in the cell suspension are mononuclear cells, and comprising:A. Mononuclear cells (MNC) selected from the list comprising or consisting of:i. A population of Lymphocytes;ii. A population of Monocytes; andiii. A population of Hematopoietic stem cells expressing CD34;and wherein the cell suspension further comprises:B.
