The present invention relates to a comb foundation and frame for queen bees. In particular, the comb foundation and frame for queen bees comprises: a comb foundation providing a space for honeybees to make a beehive; a comb frame provided on an edge of the comb foundation and integrally inserted into a mating hive with the comb foundation; a feed container provided on top of the comb frame, including a detachable groove of a predetermined depth on the outer surface of a lower part thereof, and to which feed is supplied; and a bamboo member-fixing frame detachably attached to the detachable groove to fix a bamboo member. The present invention, by including the bamboo member-fixing frame, allows the bamboo member to be safely mounted on the mating hive, and enables safe entering/exiting without causing damage to the bamboo member. Further, the present invention, by including the feed container on top of the comb foundation and frame, can effectively supply foods such as sugar water, pollen patties, and sugar and honey mixtures, thereby allowing for fast growth and stable breeding of the honeybees. 본 발명은 여왕벌용 소초광에 관한 것으로, 꿀벌이 벌집을 만드는 공간을 제공하는 소초와, 상기 소초의 가장자리에 구비되어 소초와 일체로 교미상에 삽입되는 소광과, 소광의 상부에 구비되고, 하부 외면에 일정 깊이의 탈부착홈이 형성되어 먹이가 공급되는 먹이통과, 탈부착홈에 탈부착 되어 왕대를 고정시키는 왕대고정틀을 포함하여, 본 발명은 왕대고정틀을 구비함으로써, 왕대를 교미상에 안전하게 장착시키고, 왕대에 손상을 주지 않기 때문에 안전하게 출방할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 소초광 상부에 먹이통을 구비하여 당액, 먹이화분, 연당 등의 먹이를 효과적으로 공급함으로써, 꿀벌 발육을 빠르게 하고 안정적으로 번식할 수 있다.
